Plain-language terms for a site that does one thing. Have a lawyer review these before you take real payments.
What you are buying
A bid buys a position on a public leaderboard, sized by the amount paid. It buys nothing else — no endorsement, no traffic guarantee, no exclusivity, and no ongoing service.
Positions are not permanent. Anyone may pay more and rank above you at any time.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. A position is claimed when Stripe confirms the charge, not when checkout is opened.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies it is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and added to the bid. Rank is determined by the bid excluding VAT. EU and UK businesses may supply a VAT number, in which case the reverse charge applies.
All bids are final and non-refundable, including where a competing bid settles first and you land lower than the price quoted at checkout.
Refunds and chargebacks reduce the listing's total by the amount reversed, which lowers its rank accordingly.
What may be listed
Fitness and wellness products, and the profiles behind them. You must have the right to promote what you submit.
Group chat and invite links, adult content, and link shorteners submitted in place of a real destination are not permitted.
We may remove or hide any listing that breaks these terms or that we consider harmful, misleading, or unlawful. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
No endorsement
Every position on this site is paid placement. Rank reflects spending only. We do not review, test, verify, or vouch for any listed product, and nothing here is health, medical, or fitness advice.
Links are provided as submitted. What happens on a third-party site is between you and that site.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
These terms and the ranking rules may change. Changes are not applied retroactively to positions already bought, and material changes will be noted on this page.
